The Division of Nephrology and Hypertension at the UNC School of Medicine is recruiting for an Interventional nephrologist/clinician/researcher. Interventional nephrology duties include, but are not limited to, angioplasty of and stent and coil placement in vessels associated with dialysis access, dialysis access thrombectomy and tunneled dialysis catheter placement. Clinical duties include dialysis, hospital service and consult as well as outpatient clinic responsibilities. Responsibilities will include fellow/resident/student teaching.
Education and Experience:
BC/BE in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Interventional Nephrology certification or eligibility for certification by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology is required.
