As a key member of the Creative team, the Web Content Manager is responsible for the creative output and user experience strategy for InfoComm’s digital platform. This leader must ensure that our digital platform improves our customers’ experience and support our brand while always raising the level of user satisfaction. In addition to the day to day work of updating web content across all InfoComm websites, the role will identify and address future UI/UX functional development and enhancements, by leading user experience and requirements gatherings. The Web Content Manager will use data to drive decision making, collaborate successfully with multiple stakeholders, have a test and learn mentality, translate complex interactions into simple and engaging user-centered solutions, and the ability to alter direction quickly if need be.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create user flows, sitemap, wireframes, prototypes, low/high fidelity mockups, detailed UI and visual design specifications for web interfaces.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to help define best-in-class user experiences.
Request and drive user research/usability tests as needed.
Actively participate in usability testing and interpret web and email analytics data.
Present design work to the IT, Creative team and cross-functional teams for review and feedback.
Continually learn, evaluate and recommend new customer experience paths, and gain knowledge surrounding new interactive marketing channels.
Manage web related requests that are submitted through the Marketing dashboard.
Add, edit, code and keyword content for InfoComm’s websites.
Manipulate images for the web and maintain all files stored in Asset Manager.
Add/edit HTML product descriptions and photos NetExam as needed.
Assist with special projects and web change requests.
Carry out quality assurance/proofing following AP style.
This job may have supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, graphics, web, user experience or equivalent; plus, two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient in MS Office.

Clear and vast knowledge of UX design principles, practices and deliverables for all interactive experiences.
Experience with Google Analytics and report creation
Experience with SEO
Experience with UI design and an eye for good visual design
Familiar with Sitefinity
Experience working in Basecamp or similar Project Management System.
