We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Nurse Recruiter who has a passion for finding the right candidate.
In this role, you will function as a Recruiter and Talent Advisor by partnering with Nursing Leadership to develop recruiting and workforce planning strategies. You will work as a trusted advisor/advocate for the candidate selection process and utilize recruitment resources to attract talent while building talent pipelines/communities. Responsibilities include sourcing/screening/interviewing both internal and external RN applicants for opportunities at all levels as well as attending external marketing and recruitment/networking events. Your ability to think “outside the box” to find the right candidate and generate results in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in the role.
Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred. Five (5)+ years of clinical recruitment experience with proven competence in sourcing for passive candidates.
Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of requisitions while providing excellent customer and candidate service. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, applicant tracking systems and various methods of creative Internet sourcing (e.g., blogs, social and professional networking sites, Internet data-mining techniques)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday). Must be available for planned travel; occasional travel requiring 1-3 overnights.
