Summary of Duties:
Serves as an executive assistant to the Vice President for Health Promotion, University Chief Wellness Officer, and Dean, College of Nursing; maintains the wellness calendar for university wellness activities and provides support for meetings and all wellness initiatives; provides administrative support to the VP and Director of Health Promotion; acts as a liaison to university and external organizations inquiring about university wellness programs; provides administrative support for initiatives related to the Helene Fuld National Institute for Evidence-based Practice in Nursing & Health, for which the VP serves as Executive Director, including the planning, implementation and evaluation of national expert leader forums and summits; other duties as assigned.
This position may require some evening and weekend hours throughout the year.
Required: Bachelor’s Level Degree ; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required:Bachelor?s degree in an appropriate education or administrative field or an equivalent combination of education and experience; minimum three years of experience working for fast-paced, high-level administrator/business executive; possess positive demeanor and team work, can-do attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills in person, via phone and email, including outstanding and effective communication skills while interacting with range of constituents; experience using word processing equipment to generate a variety of materials ranging from basic to complex; experience and/or training in office practices and procedures and customer service; Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills.Desired:Knowledge of university policies and procedures; excellent organizational skills, and event planning.

Target Salary: $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 Annually
