We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President Client Implementation .
Lead, implement and manage large scale or complicated domestic, regional and global Cash Management solutions
Ensure quality service to meet the customer requirements on a domestic, regional and global basis
Serve as a focal point externally and internally on all aspects of cash management issues
Provide assessment of new products and review existing products for ongoing enhancements
Contribute to the enhancement of the team productivity and sustain high quality client centric service culture
Contribute to the development and coaching of the team to foster strong team work and high team morale
Provide consultation to the sales team and participate in the bidding process to secure mandates
Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring
University graduate with solid experience in cash management and client management
Exposure to client delivery mechanisms and processes an advantage
Ability to operate on a cross regional and cross functional basis and work with different departments globally
Strong analytical, project, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to formulate strategies with strong execution and experience in driving process improvement and alignment
Ability to cope with pressure in a fast growing and fast moving environment
Highly motivated self starter, achievement driven, and a strong team player with the ability to think strategically and develop cohesive working relationships with business partners
Fluency in both written and verbal English with additional proficiency in other languages is an advantage
Well developed communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills
