Manages the faculty affairs day-to-day processes. Supervise Faculty Affairs coordinator and the Digital Measures Coordinator. Tracks all appointment, promotion and tenure processes. Responsible for managing the Interprofessional Domain, providing curricular support to the Director and Medical Director.
Bachelor's degree in assessment, healthcare, or related field. Demonstrable project management skills. Demonstrable experience in supervision of personnel. Ability to work independently and a high level of decision-making skills. Use level computer skills, with knowledge of MS Office, Digital Measures and other learning environment platforms.
Master's degree or progress towards a master's degree in healthcare or related field. Experience in faculty affairs in a university setting. Progressive experience in curriculum support.
