Advisory Manager, Cybersecurity and Privacy (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Los Angeles, CA. Help clients improve performance, respond quickly and effectively to crisis situations and extract value from transactions. Utilize consulting and industry experience to solve business issues from strategy through to execution. Contribute to Cybersecurity and Privacy competency that is applied to client business issues, providing an assortment of security spectrum capabilities, including security strategy and governance, IT risk, security technologies, cybercrime and breach response. Align and integrate information security strategy with corporate and business goals, and develop and maintain mechanisms for policy enforcement, definition of ownership, monitoring mechanisms, and process and controls. Establish, communicate, and maintain a charter for the security management function. Lead cybersecurity and privacy-related engagements and supervise professional teams.
Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year degree.
Employer will accept any amount of experience in each of the following:
- Managing project work streams in a system security, controls or information security management environment, specifically in one or more of the following information security domains: security architecture and strategy (Integrated Risk Management), identity and access management, data leakage prevention with focus on data flow and encryption, large complex program execution/implementation, security function design and governance, incident management and/or security infrastructure;
- Interpreting security industry standards (ISO 27001/27002, NIST 800 series, COBIT), especially as they relate to building an information security management system and/or program;
- Managing internal controls, risk assessments, business process, internal IT control testing or operational auditing; and
- Leading and supervising professional teams.
Travel up to 80% is required.
