Director of Talent Assessment and Planning
The Learning and Organization Development Department (L&OD) provides consulting services to enhance and improve organizational, departmental, and individual performance. We are committed to developing employees at all levels through a variety of programs, workshops, lectures, coaching, and more. Determine relevant metrics for predictive people analytics, including leading/lagging indicators to identify risks and opportunities from a talent management perspective.
Coach, develop, and oversee the execution of organization-wide talent and succession planning, assessment, and development initiatives through a professional level team, maintaining a reputation of excellence within the organization.
Utilize deep expertise, experience, and knowledge of psychometric assessments to maximize individual and organizational impact.
Facilitate high impact senior level leadership development programs.
Facilitate one-on-one coaching engagements with internal clients to meet performance and development needs.
Determine financial return on investment, negotiate with vendors, and be financially accountable for effective implementation of talent management initiatives.
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in talent/succession planning, talent assessment, talent management, organization development, and/or talent development
Master’s degree in Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Leadership or related discipline (Ph.D.s encourages to apply).
