Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Director of Donor Relations and Operations handles all donor benefits and serves as the primary customer service representative for those who support ASU athletics. Under supervision of the Senior Associate Athletic Director, this position will devise and implement a comprehensive donor stewardship plan on an annual basis for both annual and leadership gifts. This includes, but is not limited to events, fund reports and communications. This position will actively support front line development personnel in the writing of proposals and foundation requests. The Director of Donor Relations will coordinate student support staff and non-student temp positions. This position will assist senior leadership in management of the annual operating budget, monthly reconciliation of p-cards, time sheets and work hand in hand with staff members to ensure appropriate paperwork is completed and filed. This position serves as a point of contact for the Former Athletes Association and supports the Yosef Club Advisory Board.
Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of the NCAA rules and regulations as well as the University’s Banner System.
