The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at the College of Holy Cross invites applications for a two-year visiting full- time faculty appointment for the 2017-2019 academic years in German literature and culture to begin in August 2017. The German Program needs a generalist focusing on literature and cultures courses from the 18th- to the 21st-century with experience in Elementary and Intermediate German pedagogy. Also, interest or specialisation in film studies would be especially welcome. Visiting full-time faculty teach 3 courses each semester and are eligible for travel support and reimbursement of relocation costs within the College’s published policies.
