TheNational Association of Manufacturers (NAM) offers a variety of challenging and rewarding internships in our Washington, DC headquarters. Internships are designed to support academic objectives with real life work experience. NAM internships challenge students to enhance their business skills, critical thinking abilities, and communication skills. Each student will work with their internship supervisor to develop a project plan that will showcase talents and learning experiences. Typical projects include creating and maintaining a blog, conducting in depth research and reporting findings to staff, and planning events.

We are looking for Interns who meet the Following Criteria:
Outstanding academic record
Two references, preferably from academic advisor or faculty member of school attending
Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills
Organizational skills and project management skills
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency
Some prior experience in s professional setting a plus but not required
Other criteria will vary according to the departmental objectives of the internship
