We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as User Identification Analyst, Contract Ending 31 December 2017.
Work closely with the Global Data and Role Mapping Manager in a support capacity for Asia Pacific releases
Identify the user population for different business and entities at different Project Velocity releases
Understand the Business process and identify the different user groups involved in these business processes
Perform application role mapping for the identified users and ensure that the proper levels of access have been granted
Deliver tasks per the agreed milestones
Experience in the mapping of user roles and related data from one platform to another
Able to build strong relationships with people across the business
Ability to work as part of team but also off own initiative
Thorough, methodical and has attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Access knowledge
Excellent influencing, negotiating and interpersonal skills to all levels
Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience working with third party suppliers
Experience of building relationships with technology and design teams
Good understanding of Oracle R11 ERP and EPM applications from an end user perspective
Creative approach to problem solving
Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities
