Broker Relationship AnalystRole ProfileCollation and distribution of all broker counterparty management information.Work with the Business Intelligence Team to create new MI utilising Qliksense interfaceWork with the Head of Market Structure & the Global Head of Trading to support new initiatives. Ensure FM teams are able to effectively and compliantly manage payment for research services consumedBe accountable for overseeing the receipt and payment of monies between Aviva Investors and third parties research service providersOversee the use of and relationship with any third party administration provider of Commission Sharing services.Support the Broker Relationship team in management of broker counterparty relationshipsBe responsible for compiling, analysing and communicating MIS data on broker counterparties for Aviva Investors.Support the development of Qliksense reporting functionality to provide MI for our Global Trading Team, Trader Oversight Group and senior management.Support our client facing teams through the provision of trading MI for client RFPs and ad hoc client data requests.Support the production of multi asset trade cost analysis to be used to monitor the effectiveness of our best execution arrangements.Support the daily monitoring of global multi-asset best executionThe role sits in the Global Trading function and is available to all Aviva Investors business unitsThe responsibilities cover all asset classes including equities, fixed income, listed property units, FX, commodities and listed/OTC derivatives. They exclude direct property investmentsThe primary responsibility will be to service Aviva Investors fund managers.
