Reporting to the Senior Training Specialist, and alongside the Training Curriculum Coordinator, responsible for the administrative needs of the Atlas Training Team in their delivery of training for Penn specific business processes, policies and procedures relative to fundraising, alumni relations, prospect management and gift processing using Atlas, the Mobile Volunteer Portal, Online Giving, Giving Pages, iModules, Sharepoint and other technologies. Become the subject matter expert on the aforementioned systems. Manage account access, create system accounts for new staff, terminate existing staff accounts, grant access to Atlas using a granular permissions structure and schedule classes in Knowledge Link and post on Atlas. Work with the Training Curriculum Coordinator to keep training materials fresh and relevant as software updates are made, and to ensure the most efficient and effective delivery. Participate as an integral member of the Atlas Help team and provide software expertise to the troubleshooting of end user questions and problems. Execute data loads and assist the field with data entry projects. Consult with schools and centers to assess requests and determine the most appropriate strategy for resolving the issue. Collaborate with ISC to develop solutions to data and training issues. Work with outside vendors to resolve user issues. Work with the Senior Training Specialist and Training Curriculum Coordinator in their management of the centrally sponsored DAR event operations by handling registration processing, broadcast email reminders, nametag generation, attendance list circulation, event data, and event attendance loading into Atlas.
