Join our multi-disciplinary team of health care professionals in implementing a comprehensive clinical program of medical, psychosocial and educational services to address the needs of urologic cancer survivors. Responsibilities include provision of care to a caseload of primarily prostate and renal cancer survivors, implementation of standards of care, and participation in research necessary to establish exemplary, evidence-based care.

Capable of anticipating and balancing the needs to multiple stakeholders
Resourceful, securing and deploying resources effectively and efficiently
An effective communicator
Openly relatable and comfortable with diverse groups of people
Adaptable in approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
Qualifications needed are:
Current NYS RN and ANP license/registration
A minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience
Demonstrated leadership experience
Experience with urology cancer survivors and ambulatory care delivery models strongly preferred
Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm flexed Monday - Friday #LI-TA1
