Faculty transplant surgeon position. Surgical responsibilities include renal and pancreas transplantation, laparoscopic donor nephrectomy, multi-organ procurement procedures, dialysis access procedures and management of general surgery issues in transplant recipients. Additional responsibilities include mentoring of general surgery residents, transplant mid-level providers and medical students. Interests in academic pursuits will be fostered.
Completion of an ASTS accredited fellowship or extensive experience with renal and pancreas transplantation. Should be American Board of Surgery certified or eligible.
