Clinical Nurse – Adult Urgent Care Unit (Evenings) (Overnight)
The Urgent Care Center (UCC) unit provides emergent and comprehensive patient centered care to MSKCC’S patients, families and staff 24 hours, 7 days a week. Patients are triaged/evaluated, and a decision is made to fast track, admit, discharge or place a patient in observation status in the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU).
Current NYS RN license/registration, BSN, and a minimum of 1.5 years of clinical medical/surgical experience required. Critical care and/or medical oncology experience highly preferred. May consider New Grad RNs with a preceptorship or externship in a critical care area.
Evening Shift 12:00pm-12:30am with rotating weekends.
Overnight Shift 7:30pm-8:00am with rotating weekends.
