We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a FGP Nurse.
In this role, the successful candidate will be a registered Nurse for NYU's Summer Program for Kids from June 26-August 11, 2017. The NYU Summer Program for Kids is a seven-week, all-day, therapeutic program specifically tailored to meet the needs of children aged 7-11 with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Enrollment is limited to up to 56 children.
- Manage day-to-day medical issues and emergency situations
- Monitor and administer daily medication
- Track and maintain weekly supply of medication
- Coordinate changes in medication/dosage as prescribed by physician
- Maintain attendance records for campers and staff
To qualify you must have a BSN Preferred
Previous experience as a registered nurse
Some experience working with children is preferred.
NYS Licensed Registered Nurse
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
