Department: Compensation & Classification
Summary of Duties:
Under limited supervision, leads the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies including job evaluation, salary administration, cash incentives and supplemental pay program; provides internal consulting, business partnership and compensation program design services to the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) staff; responsible program administration to ensure compensation programs to maintain compensation objectives and competitive position in the marketplace; ensures consistency with policies and applicable laws.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum 7 years progressive Compensation experience; experience in the design, implementation and use of compensation tools and technology; strong communication skills and the ability to interact with varying levels within the organization; technology proficient to support implementation and ongoing involvement in new platforms; strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and/or Access.
Target Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 Annually
