Job Description The Product Manager will manage a portfolio of Bank of America commercial card products for clients in the Asia-Pacific region with a key focus on the B2B payment opportunity. Primary duties include product strategy design, partnering with external vendors to support supplier enablement and payment facilitation, partner consultative selling, through partnering with internal stakeholders, developing effective marketing & communication plans, & applying card program best practices to ensure offerings and support meet and/or exceed client expectations. Additional duties include building strong partnerships with internal partners, complete account & portfolio business reviews, adequately budget/forecast portfolio sales volume & rebates.
Minimum of 10 years of product management experience in a related payment card role (or equivalent)
Commercial card industry experience. In region experience preferred
Excellent client facing, communications, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to learn quickly and multi-task.
Able to manage both internal and external business partners in order to deliver solutions to meet client needs
Good analytical skills, creative, a problem solver
