Paid training starts on March 6, March 13, April 17, and April 24 for 6 weeks, 8am to 4:30pm Pay rate: $15 per hour - you must be flexible to work a full time schedule, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week between 7am - 11pm Monday - Saturday and Sunday, 7am - 9pm Location: Net Park Tampa Bay facility at the corner of Hillsborough Avenue and 56th Street
Position Overview Sr. Customer Service Representative. Receives and/or places telephone calls to handle any/all aspects of customer accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, and problem resolution. Cultivates and maintains on-going customer relationships. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Ensures that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders, preparing general correspondence and coordinating with other functions as required. Acts as the customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling and other support areas that may come up.
Job Responsibilities 1. Handles customer calls/correspondence for scheduling and inquiries 2. Offers assistance to customers with service, billing or other issues 3. Records all customer information and call history information accurately on electronic systems 4. Ensures maximum sensitivity, proper routing and responsiveness to all customer requirements 5. Maintains level of knowledge and understanding of features of service, operating systems, marketing promos and special offers
Job Requirements 1. High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2-4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. 2-4 years clerical or customer service experience Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows 3. Verbal and written communication skills 4. Problem-solving skills 5. Ability to type 25 wpm 6. Ability to utilize a personal computer or CRT 7. Ability to work in a stressful, face-paced environment
