This is a part time, temporary position (24 hours/week)
Work collaboratively and seamlessly with a variety of partners including agency, internal clients and in-house marketing and digital teams.
Ability to think strategically and deliver creative that is on-brand, on-time and on budget.
Ability to provide creative solutions to projects that may sometimes have ambiguous input or parameters.
Efficiently manage workflow/multiple projects with competing deadlines while remaining flexible to change and owning responsibility for timing.
Experience creating a branded systems of templates for both designers and non-desingers
Own projects from creative development through production managing all communication with print partners (estimates, print forms, press checks, timelines).
5+ years related work experience in graphic design or art direction.
Modern design sensibility (demonstrated via portfolio)
Passion and proficiency for all elements of design including typography, composition, color, imagery, etc.
Design competency in both digital and traditional mediums
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at planning, coordinating and art directing photo and video shoots
Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Office (ability to set up template files in MS Word & PPT)
HTML, CSS and motion graphic experience preferred
Proven experience in successful brand redesign and roll out
Agency experience preferred. Higher Education and/or non-profit experience a plus.
Adaptable, professional and respectful – able to work with a variety of partners with varying experience and working styles
