Family Medicine - Dean Clinic-Beaver Dam
Dean Clinic, a 450 physician multi-specialty group, is seeking a Family Physician to join its clinic in Beaver Dam. This is an outpatient position, but neonatal rounding will be required at the hospital. The physician will work 4 or 4.5 days per week depending on the scope of practice. The department is currently staffed with six Family Physicians, one Internist, and three advanced practitioners. Call will be 1:11 and is limited to phone calls. A Hospitalist program is in place at Beaver Dam Community Hospital. The Family Physicians see approximately 20 patients per day. The clinic is located adjacent to the hospital. Located in a brand new state of the art facility, Beaver Dam Community Hospital is the hospital local physicians generally admit patients. BDCH offers comprehensive health services including preventative programs such as health education, screenings, and physical fitness; hospital-based services; and even long-term care.
