Pineapple Payments is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial individual to work with the business development team to acquire new customers and build strategic partnerships.
• Develop a pipeline of prospective customers and lead each through the customer discovery, statement analysis, negotiation, and closing phases • Track all sales activity daily using our CRM tool • Support business development team in preparing collateral and running analyses for potential deals
Skills and Qualifications
• Demonstrable experience in business development together with the potential attitude required to learn • Proven experience in identifying target customers and leading them through a sales process to a deal • Beneficial if applicant has analytical experience with Microsoft Excel • Solid knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with the ability to use data to inform all decisions • Beneficial if applicant has experience in the financial services or payment processing industry
