Job Posting: Responsible for assisting Executive staff with research and planning support for business plans, strategic initiatives, and performance improvement projects. This position will also assist the CSMCF/CSMG management team to develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and procedures, design programs to ensure maximum staff performance, and conduct special projects designed to improve the quality of service, care and efficiency delivered in the clinical practices. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Conduct research in support of business development and/or operations projects.
Assist in the development of operational policies and procedures for CSMCF.
Assist in the analysis of operational programs and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Assist with the identification, retrieval and analysis of data necessary to make decisions on new or expanding business opportunities.
Assist with the preparation of general environmental assessment document analysis.
Conduct secondary research such as internet searches, gathering of competitive intelligence, etc.
May prepare slides and charts, perform research, gather, sort, compile and organize information from files, from other departments or offices, from outside organizations, etc. for special reports, presentations, and information requests.
Assist administrative/executive staff with other special projects and functions as necessary.

Requires Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience. Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field of study preferred
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and the internet
Superior communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, written)
Detail oriented and well organized
