The incumbent will have successful leadership experience within a high quality, service oriented retirement and health care setting. (S)he will know how to articulate a vision, create consensus, motivate people and build community-based partnerships. (S)he will have well-established strategic, fiscal, management, communication and interpersonal skills along with a genuine passion for person directed care and be a high-energy, talented and passionate leader who will build strong working relations with a diverse group of residents, tenured staff, Board, and the community at large. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care administration, or related field is required (Master’s degree preferred) and a current Wisconsin nursing home administrator license or eligibility by reciprocity is desirable.
