Summary: The Library Services Coordinator supervises student workers and is responsible for the management of circulation services, reserves and periodicals collections, control of library budget records and donations. This position also assists with reference and interlibrary loan services. This is a full-time, twelve-month staff position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees circulation services; prepares reports on integrated library system.
Supervises library student workers, including training, scheduling and timecard approval.
Manages reserves and periodicals collections.
Processes and acknowledges donations to the library.
Maintains accurate records on library operating budget; prepares and processes check requests, requisitions, invoices, and purchase orders.
Inventories and controls access to all periodical holdings and reserves.
Oversees binding and preservation of library materials, mends damaged materials.
Assists with reference and interlibrary loan services. Processes outgoing ILL.
Responsible for 5 p.m. shift transition.
Maintains children’s collection.
Handles library correspondence and Friends of Library mailings.
Maintains and orders all library supplies.
Works at circulation desk as scheduled.
Assists with evening and weekend hours.
Maintains paper supply for computer lab and library printer. Maintains photocopier supplies; reports problems to Document Center.
Sorts and routes library mail.
Assists with weeding the collection and inventory.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Demonstrates excellent communication skills, strong service orientation, and ability to interact positively with faculty and students. Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required. Experience with office computer applications required.
