Reporting to the Macquarie Capital Korea leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing the financial operations of the business. In addition, as a Macquarie appointed resource, this function will involve constant interaction and reporting to the Division Heads and will work closely with our senior business managers.
Produce and review the company financial statements and management reports.
Manage and oversee all internal accounting procedures.
Oversee and support all external audits.
Preparation of all tax returns and tax filings.
Manage and support any tax audits
Cash-flow management and forecasting.
Periodic valuation of subsidiary companies including consolidated and non-consolidated basis
Maintain and improve the financial management system.
Preparation of the annual budget and monthly reporting thereof.
Fixed and variable cost analysis versus budgets and prior periods.
Oversee HR management and implement policies.
Preparation of business plans and reporting on asset performance with solid understanding.
Develop good internal networks and be fully aware of all internal developments.
Good people and leadership skills.
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and strong financial and operational technical skills.
Good time management and project management skills.

Accounting or similar Business Degree.
USCPA or AICPA qualified.
10 years' experience in an accounting or operations role.
Experience in the renewable and waste industry, logistics or operations is desirable.
