Bachelor's Degree in education, instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum design, or other related discipline.
Three years of experience with online learning, course development.
Advanced degree may substitute for experience to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Project management experience.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and attention to detail skills./
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working within Learning Management Systems and content creation(e.g. Adobe Captivate, Blackboard).
Proficiency in creating learning activities geared for diverse learners./
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision.

Licensing or certification in teaching or online learning/learning management systems.
Familiarity with accessibility standards of online trainings and copyright clearance issues.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and solve problems in creative and productive ways.
Knowledge of current and emerging instructional technologies and proven ability to adapt and learn new procedures and software programs.
Knowledge of pedagogical issues related to online teaching and learning as well as current and emerging technologies.
Familiarity with graphic design elements appropriate for online instruction.
Basic knowledge of streaming audio and video, compression methods, file types, and formats.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and basic image editing and creation software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
