Visit www.sclhealthsystem.org Description Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst supports senior leadership by identifying current state and future strategic direction through data delivery. To include problem identification, decision making guidance and supplying pertinent data and supporting resource documentation. Performs data collection, tracking and analytical duties in support of revenue cycle operations and third-party contracting compliance supporting the strategic decision making process of senior leadership. Responsible for ongoing development, maintenance and dashboard reporting of key revenue cycle indicators and contract performance metrics, as well as various ad hoc data requests. Develop executive summary reporting. Perform audits and assure contractual compliance of vendors working the organization's accounts receivables. Determine key business issues and develop reporting to support appropriate action plans from multidisciplinary perspectives. Ensures that reports and information are accurate, timely and consistent, and that they satisfy management's needs. Lead and perform complex analysis in an evolving data environment. This position is located in Broomfield, CO. Qualifications Requires: Degree in finance, accounting, or related business field. 7+ years of experience Experience required with researching, conducting, and analyzing high-level data analyses and reporting analytics. Proven leadership experience in project management. Must exhibit efficiency, collaboration, candor and openness. EPIC Certification within one year Advanced computer skills and knowledge of data systems including SQL relational databases, MS Office products, and reporting analytics. Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
