Four to six years of experience in admissions in a liberal arts college or national boarding school setting, or similar experience working with underrepresented families of color is preferred. A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred. We seek dynamic candidates who will be active participants in the academic, athletic and residential programs.
