The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing administrative and organizational skills to the Housing Assignments and Conference Services Office, University Apartments and Corps Housing Office. The Customer Service Associate is responsible for making all Fall, New to Spring, Housing Decision, and Summer assignments, manages all hall change appeals, data entry and database maintenance regarding assignment updates, email correspondence, and booking cancellations, as well as providing card access. Other duties include providing information on housing to students, parents, and university community who call or visit the office.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Five years in general office or clerical work.
