Job Summary: Administer online training programs in support of the University's Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct Policy, include: responsible for direct communications with vendor contracted to provide online training programs. This includes coordinating the launch of new training modules,coordination of notices and follow-up messages to trainees, generation and distribution of reports regarding completions to major academic units, and working directly with vendor to troubleshoot problems; communicates with employees and students to coordinate training accommodations upon request; provides support for trainees by answering questions and troubleshooting problems with access to training programs; providesinformation and presentations to campus partners asneeded; coordinates requests for interim and protective measures as outlined in the Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct Policy. This includes communicating and coordinating academic and work alterations with claimants, respondents, academic units, and employment units;provides support for education, outreach, and awareness events and meetings including scheduling, developing materials, providing event support, and assisting with communication and promotion efforts; responsible for updating the Title IX website; assists in drafting forms,communications, flyers, and other documents to support the University's Title IX and ADA programs.
Minimum Requirements: Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or a field related to the employing unit; three to five years of related and progressively more responsibleor expansive work experience in managing human resource functions; designing and implementing training programs and human resource/labor relations management and computer applications; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. May require experience related to the field of employment.
