Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word Office Applications required POSITION SUMMARY The PACE Life Program Enrollment Specialist obtains initial participant information relating to admissions, coordinates intake process, and provides information and referrals to community agencies as appropriate. This position promotes the PACE Program in the community to potential participants and other agencies. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to team work and cooperation. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Marketing required. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Valid NJ Driver's License, Registration and Insurance are required. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or sale experience in a health care, insurance or similar environment. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word Office Applications required. Bi-Lingual preferred. Minimum 1 year working in senior healthcare preferred. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS Demonstrates the competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool for this position. WORK ENVIRONMENT Employee must be able to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team model, interfacing and collaborating with a wide range of clinical and social service disciplines who work together to manage the PACE participants' care. The work setting is in an Adult Day Health Center and primary care clinic environment with moderate noise levels and controlled temperatures. Requires manual and finer dexterity and eye-hand coordination; the ability to use department equipment; and the ability lift/carry up to 30 pounds using appropriate body mechanics with reasonable participants, customers and vendors and staff. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP This position reports to department leadership.
