The role of our Commodities and Financial Markets Group's (CFM) Business Operational Risk Management team is to facilitate the continued improvement in processes, controls and operational risk culture across CFM. We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of OTC trade verification and confirmation processes, to project manage a global review of the deal set verification procedures across all product lines and businesses.
This position will suit a project manager with financial market trade processing knowledge and project management capabilities to ensure the key reporting, documenting, delivery and project deadline components are all met. You will work alongside the Business Operational Risk Management team, senior member of the business and our Market Operations, Information Technology, Finance and Risk support functions to deliver the project. As well, you will be involved in the testing and resolution of issues that may arise.
Knowledge of the end-to-end lifecycle of OTC products is essential. We are looking for a project manager with appropriate academic qualifications and a proven work history in delivering financial markets projects, and then to an extremely high standard. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are expected as is the ability to engage and build relationships at all levels, particularly when under pressing and time-driven circumstances.
