Overview of Division/Department Our Operations Planning (OPD), a member of our Asia & Oceania Administration Department, is responsible for planning, promoting and coordinating activities necessary to maintain and improve the quality of Mizuho's operational infrastructures.
Manage a small team that handles regulatory reporting, AML screening and administrative support
Work closely with several sections, including Compliance, Finance, Back-office Operations & IT, to ensure accuracy in the preparation of MAS report, G-SIBS report, Head Office report, Certificate of Balance and Mark-to-Market report
Keep abreast with changes regulatory landscape and its implication for risk management
Provide support to internal/external auditors and Head Office inspections
Maintain Nostro/Vostro accounts and fees
Conduct Anti-Money Laundering Level 1 screening
Participate and coordinate in Projects & UAT
Job Requirements What you should have:
Degree with at least 6 years in banking industry and at least 4 years of regulatory reporting experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude, high degree of accuracy is required
Strong proficiency with Microsoft office suite, especially Excel and Access
Knowledge on Compliance, Finance, Trade, Loan, Remittance, Treasury is a plus
