Work directly with senior leaders and use your accounting knowledge to work across our Trading businesses to advise on incident investigation and root cause analysis. You will act as the RCSA lead for these business areas, ensuring inherent business risk and effectiveness of controls are appropriately and independently assessed in consultation with the Business Unit CFO and Functional leads. You will also provide SME support on key group-wide projects and will conduct targeted control assurance reviews of key finance controls as required under the Global Control Assurance Programme.
We want you to be a qualified Accountant who has a collaborative and confident approach with the ability to manage a number of different stakeholders. This position will provide you with a broad understanding of finance functions in Macquarie with significant exposure to leadership - your role will focus on you partnering with key stakeholders to "do it, own it and speak for it" with regards to their Financial Operational Risk.
