Desire: Three or more years of professional experience in instructional design, instructional technology, distance learning, or directly related field supporting e-learning course design and development; master's degree in instructional design, educational technology of related academic discipline; demonstrated ability to produce video in a studio environment as well as perform editing using Adobe Premiere CC; demonstrated ability to produce visually appealing graphics and/or interactive media in support of e-learning courses; experience developing e-learning using Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline; experience developing courses in the Canvas LMS; online teaching experience; demonstrated ability to apply sound principles o online pedagogy to support a community of inquiry, including teaching presence, authentic assessment to support higher order learning, and social presence.
