To qualify, you will have a California RN license with a BSN or MSN degree. We are looking for at least 3 years of acute hospital experience in your area of service. Our ideal candidate will have creative problem-solving skills in systems planning and patient care delivery. Maintaining a collaborative approach to work and having excellent communication skills will also be essential to thrive in our team environment.
