Under the direction of the CSBG/FSACE Program Director, the FSACE Program Assistant II is responsible for supporting the FSACE Program Director in carrying out programmatic functions related to preparation of materials for grant submission, policy research and analysis, budget reconciliation, department equipment and inventory tracking, and other administrative support.
Prepares, types, copies, files letters, reports and other materials as needed,
Assists with the preparation of grant documents to include proofreading and editing as necessary.
Enters supply orders into web-based purchasing system.
Conducts policy research and analysis as it relates to program operations.
Reviews and reconciles budget to actual expense report against budget detail.
Maintains and updates inventory reports of all department equipment.
Processes incoming program invoices.
Organizes and schedules travel arrangements for conferences, meetings and/or trainings.
Prepares and records minutes of program meetings.
Maintains schedule of on-site reviews/visits with funding sources and vendors.
Prepares Personnel Activation Form for new employees as needed.
Prepares Account Allocation Form for each year budget change.
Prepares requisition and makes arrangements for e-mail and equipment set-up for new employees
May assist in updating department resource database.
Performs other duties as assigned.
