Posting Summary: The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and the Behavioral Research Lab at Darden (BRAD LAB) invite applications for a post-doctoral scholar beginning at the start of the academic year, fall of 2017.
The BRAD Lab Research Associate will facilitate and support interdisciplinary behavioral reseach across Darden by working with faculty, mentoring doctoral students, and conducting impactful research in behavioral science (e.g., organizational behavior and psychology).
In addition to conducting and publishing independent research, the Research Associate will:
Provide methodological guidance for faculty and doctoral students. Deliver quarterly methodological workshops for faculty and doctoral students. Mentor doctoral students. Support in managing participant pool of subjects. Facilitate recruitment of new participants via website and other channels. Facilitate researchers' access to BRAD lab portable facilities.
Candidates should have a PhD or near completion with expertise in behavioral research methodology.
