The Department of Communication at Clemson University invites applications for one or more full-time, non-tenure-track Lecturer positions to begin August 15, 2017. The appointments are for one year with the possibility of renewal depending on quality of instruction and availability of funding. The successful candidates will teach Introduction to Human Communication and Public Speaking and serve on the Basic Courses Committee. Applicants must have a Master's degree in Communication or a minimum of 18 hours of graduate coursework in Communication by the time of appointment. Our department offers a BA in Communication, a BA in Sports Communication, and an MA in Communication, Technology and Society. The department also manages the university's Social Media Listening Center, coordinates a Health Communication Graduate Certificate Program, and offers courses through the Erwin Center for Brand Communications.
