Job Posting: JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the development, design, maintenance, and implementation of reporting systems for business operations and internal management. Responsibilities include coordinating and developing of divisional operating and capital equipment budgets, financial and statistical analysis, financial and statistical computer database development and management, special project coordination and management. Data collection and presentation involves the creation of design specifications, accessing data through a variety of databases and the creation of accurate, meaningful and relevant information for diverse audiences. Information management requires maintaining integrity of data and working with other departments to acquire information. This position functions as an internal consultant to provide budgetary and financial support to all departments in Medical Network Services, Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation, and all affiliates and, as such, operates with a great deal of autonomy. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Development of operational wage and non-wage budget and capital equipment/renovation budgets for the Medical Delivery Network.
Responsible for monitoring and implementation of operating and capital equipment/renovation budgets, including the monthly reconciliation of all budget variances. Responsible for the maintenance of all budget databases and preparation of budget analyses for management.
Provides management with information from a variety of internal and external sources regarding programmatic proposals, prepares financial analyses and management level interpretation of complex data sets.
Works independently with management to prioritize, synthesize and define information needs, translate needs into specification and promote automated access to key management financial and budgetary information.
Works independently with management in all matters pertaining to budget, financial analysis, and program proposals and project management.

Qualification Requirements/Preferences: Education Certifications/Licensure Experience Physical Abilities MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES: This position requires a B.A.in finance, accounting or business disciple; M.B.A. degree preferred or equivalent education and experience. Experience in budgeting, health care reimbursement billing and collection and operational administration desired but not required. Extensive knowledge of PC applications, particularly relational database and spreadsheets require. Excellent interpersonal, organization and analytical skills are mandatory.
