The Department of Global Health at the Boston University School of Public Health is seeking a Postdoctoral Associate to join their team. The Associate will primarily work on a project that aims to develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework for access to medicines programs implemented by pharmaceutical companies in low- and middle-income countries. The framework will be developed by the team at Boston University during 2017 and then implemented by companies during the following years.
The Postdoctoral Associate will contribute to the detailed design of the M&E framework as well as its implementation by pharmaceutical companies. Key responsibilities will include managing and analyzing data submitted by companies during implementation. The Associate will also contribute to the design and implementation of rigorous experimental and quasi-experimental impact evaluations for select company programs. The Associate will lead data analysis and writing of manuscripts and reports for the project. They will also have teaching and mentoring opportunities.
The primary work site is in Boston with potential for some travel to Europe, Asia, and Africa.
