Memorial Sloan Kettering is seeking to hire a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our exceptional team. At MSK, we offer world class training within our rehabilitation service focusing on opportunities to develop innovative, therapeutic programs for each of our patients. Attention to detail, individualized care, and participation in a team approach is what MSK therapists provide with each interaction. Strong clinical skills and a dedication to the oncology population are required.
Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Provides quality physical therapy services to adult patients utilizing evidenced-based therapeutic interventions in addition to creative and patient specific treatment techniques
- Collaborates with multi-disciplinary team members, including the patient and their family, to ensure optimal patient care is achieved throughout the entire outpatient episode
- Documents all clinical activities, completes forms, and maintains statistical records per department guidelines/format
- Engages in projects and/or activities to advance professional development
New York State Licensure is required
Doctorate of Physical Therapy (tDPT or DPT) is preferred
Adult therapy experience in an inpatient setting is preferred
Experience with pediatric patients preferred
Please note that the schedule will include at least one weekend day/week.
