Leads daily support services to assist the PCC in improving operations in order to meet VUMC financial targets while improving quality of care, patient safety, and overall patient satisfaction through a systems approach. These efforts include conducting current and future process mapping, recommending and implementing changes that add to the value stream. Shares knowledge of lean tools for continuous improvement and guides others in financial analysis of projects. Focuses on building partnerships and relationships with patient care center (PCC) Leadership, Providers, Staff and Various VMG Groups that the PCC uses for support. Demonstrates evidence of exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. Is autonomous and self-motivated. Demonstrates effective verbal, written, and presentation skills
