Act as a finance business partner for Operations, providing interpretive and predictive operational and financial information on which to make business/investment decisions; drive the investment process together with Engineering, including support in preparing business cases, proper workflow approvals and post-implementation reviews; participate in site operations meetings to stay informed of site activities and provide finance support/action if required; manage and coordinate the annual budgeting process for the site ensuring the company can achieve its targets with the correct allocation of resources.
Perform activities like: Management of annual and periodic requirements for costing activities and analysis of COGS; regular tracking of stock evolution, assessing its impact on Working Capital and suggesting actions to reduce it; support requirements associated with the month-end financial close and ensure compliance with group policies and statutory regulations.
Bring your passion: You will analyze expenses by responsibilities and regularly meet with functional and cost center managers in order to ensure full transparency on costs; you can comfortably discuss variances and quantify cost saving opportunities for Manufacturing and Supply Chain; you like to share your knowledge with others and to challenge the status quo to improve the overall business performance.

Your professional profile includes:
Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or similar Controlling qualification
5 years' experience in controlling in a manufacturing environment
Solid working knowledge of SAP costing (CO; PM/PS)
Strong PC skills (MS Excel; PowerPoint; Word; Access)
Good analytical and excellent communication skills with different levels within the organization
Result-oriented; likes to work in a pro-active manner with the factory's operational management
Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
