We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Development Analyst.
The ISB Business Development Analyst role drives initiatives and supports the business leadership and the front line team with strategy execution, business management information, marketing initiatives, and programme or project management.
The jobholder reports directly to the Regional Head of Business Development, ISB and is tasked with executing the strategies devised by the Regional Head to help in developing and tracking the ISB business development initiatives within the region and to contribute to the growth of the CMB business. This role is not client facing.
The primary objective of the jobholder is to implement ISB strategic initiatives on a regional and country basis, based on an understanding of the dynamics of the ISB business across the region, and thorough analysis of both internal and external management information and business information.
Identify key attributes and drive the development of quality, targeted business analytics to support senior executives.
Drive the delivery of regional initiatives by interfacing with stakeholders in other segments and Functions to drive business development opportunities, resource deployment, infrastructure and data quality.
Support in the identification and tracking of new clients.
Develop and implement campaigns to focus on new client acquisition.
Develop and implement campaigns to increase the cross marketing ratio of existing clients.
Track the onboarding of new clients and their revenue growth.
At least a recognized diploma or graduate degree
Banking and product experience, past experience in relevant roles is an advantage but not a necessity
Strong analytical skills
Strong and proven Microsoft Excel and Power point skills
Strong initiative and a go getter approach to tasks
Excellent written and verbal skills
