Responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the Acute Care Unit. Role functions include management of human, fiscal, material, support and systems resources. Demonstrates a high level of integrity, willingness to take on new challenges and has the ability to inspire and empower staff.
Minimum Education/Certifications Required:
BSN upon hire or Specialty Nursing certification upon hire and BSN completed within 2 years of hire
Specialty certification preferred.
Current Colorado RN License
Current BLS or obtained within 3 months of hire; ACLS preferred
Miniumum Experience Required:
5 years experience in acute care setting
3 years of management experience required
