The Analyst, Global Compensation, within the Corporate Total Rewards organization, will support the administration of the Company’s global compensation programs and processes. This role will provide support in data reporting, analysis, research, global projects and compliance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains global job framework (job descriptions, new job requests, job evaluation and grading)
Supports job levelling processes/tools globally
Supports compensation benchmarking, annual survey participation and coordination
Reviews survey results and provides analysis on company competitiveness vs. external market
Maintains salary structures globally
Supports the development and maintenance of reward guidelines and pay globally
Assists with annual merit budget planning and approval processes
Supports variable pay administration and analysis
Supports executive compensation administration
Participates in multi-year, complex global projects including the implementation of global HR system and global compensation management system
A successful candidate will have a required minimum of 3 years of compensation experience.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to handle and manage confidential data
Global compensation experience helpful, particularly in North America, Asia (China, Singapore, India) and Europe (France, UK, Germany, Poland).
Project management experience;
Strong knowledge of process development and documentation;
Experience in the design and implementation of global compensation programs, processes, pay structures, job catalog etc.
Experience in job evaluation, benchmarking, market pricing and salary structure development
Excellent organization, planning and decision making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees across all organizational levels
Ability to work effectively and productively, independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Knowledgeable with MS Access, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with Workday, Mercer’s ePRISM and International Position Evaluation (IPE) systems or comparable systems helpful
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Finance, Information Systems or related field
CCP, GRP, SPHR, GPHR or other HR professional certification preferred
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
